8.9" lcd panel on top intuos4 medium

Just curious, i was at bongofish when i decided to do this, it works, but only in the middle area, 1 cm from the metal frame the tablet won't detect the pen. I want this to be an artrage and internet only machine, insert the tablet draw on top of it and publish. I am still designing the case, possibly from wood at first.
